These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the heybij platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets. By using heybij, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below.

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and heybij ("heybij", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at heybij.app. These Terms apply to all activities carried out on or through the heybij platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, game play, sports betting, bonus participation, and use of any promotional feature.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing any part of the heybij platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the heybij platform.

heybij reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file. Continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English and the English-language version is the authoritative version for all interpretive and legal purposes. heybij operates in English and addresses the Bangladesh market. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity, the English text prevails.

Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:
  • Platform — the heybij website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at heybij.app.
  • Player / User — any individual who registers an account on the heybij platform.
  • Account — the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration.
  • Balance — the total of real-money funds held in a Player's account at any given time.
  • Bonus Balance — funds credited to a Player's account as a promotional bonus, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
  • Wagering Requirement — the total real-money bet amount a Player must place before a Bonus Balance or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
  • Game — any casino game, slot, live dealer product, crash game, or sports betting market offered on the Platform.
  • Taka / ৳ / BDT — Bangladeshi Taka, the currency used for all transactions on the heybij platform.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on heybij, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
  • You are at least 21 years of age. heybij does not permit any person under 21 to register, access, or use the Platform in any capacity.
  • You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts and accounts operated on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
  • You do not already hold an active or previously closed account on heybij. Each individual may hold only one account.
  • You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
  • You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee of heybij or any of its technology, game, or payment partners.
  • You are of sound mind and are not acting under any form of coercion.
heybij reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card, passport, or proof of address issued within the previous three months. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by heybij may result in suspension or permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of any Bonus Balance.

Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. heybij will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
  • You must notify heybij immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account by contacting [email protected].
  • heybij strongly recommends enabling all available account security features, including two-factor authentication where offered.
  • Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility, unless you have notified heybij of a breach prior to that activity taking place.
  • Accounts found to be shared between multiple individuals will be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently closed.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the heybij platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:
  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 via mobile banking methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
  • You may only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
  • heybij does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.
  • Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for mobile banking methods under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between one and six hours.
  • heybij reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks prior to processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
  • Winnings derived from Bonus Balances that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.
  • heybij reserves the right to reverse, cancel, or withhold any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected. Such cases will be investigated and, where appropriate, reported to relevant authorities.

Bonuses and Promotions

heybij offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of offer:
  • Bonuses are offered at heybij's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice, except where a bonus has already been credited to an account.
  • Each bonus offer specifies its own Wagering Requirement, minimum qualifying deposit (where applicable), eligible games, time limit, and maximum withdrawal cap. Players must review these specific terms before accepting any offer.
  • Where a Player holds both a real-money Balance and a Bonus Balance, real-money funds are wagered first by default unless otherwise specified in the individual bonus terms.
  • Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash prior to meeting the stated Wagering Requirement.
  • heybij reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where it determines that a bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means, in breach of these Terms, or by exploiting a system error.
  • Players who opt to use the self-exclusion tool will have all pending bonuses cancelled and Bonus Balances forfeited upon activation of the exclusion.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the heybij platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology supplied by internationally recognised game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The following rules apply to all game activity:
  • Game results are determined by certified RNG software. heybij has no ability to influence individual game outcomes.
  • In the event of a technical malfunction or software error during a game round, all bets placed during that round will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's account. Winnings generated by a demonstrably faulty game round will not be paid.
  • Any attempt to exploit software errors, use automated betting systems not sanctioned by heybij, engage in collusion with other players, or otherwise manipulate game outcomes constitutes a material breach of these Terms. heybij reserves the right to void all affected bets and close the account without payment of winnings.
  • Sports betting outcomes are determined by the result of the relevant sporting event as reported by the official governing body. Where the official result is disputed or delayed, heybij may suspend settlement until an official determination is made.
  • heybij reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has already commenced where it determines that the Player had access to information not available to the general public at the time of placing.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the heybij platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:
  • Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or a false identity.
  • Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information during registration or verification.
  • Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
  • Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic aid to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software or infrastructure.
  • Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or match-fixing in connection with games or sports events available on the platform.
  • Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology in order to circumvent geographic restrictions or these Terms.

Responsible Gaming

heybij is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. The platform provides a suite of tools designed to help players maintain control over their gambling activity:
  • Deposit Limits — Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limits take effect immediately and may only be increased after a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
  • Session Time Alerts — Players may configure alerts that notify them when they have been playing for a specified period of time.
  • Cooling-Off Periods — Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
  • Self-Exclusion — Players who feel their gambling is becoming a problem may request a permanent self-exclusion. This results in immediate account closure and prevents re-registration. Self-exclusion requests should be submitted to [email protected].

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not:

  • Use any heybij branding, logos, or trade marks in connection with any third-party product or service.
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, heybij, its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for:
  • Any loss of funds resulting from a Player's voluntary gaming activity, including losses arising from game results, sports betting outcomes, or bonus forfeiture.
  • Any technical interruption, service outage, or connectivity issue outside heybij's reasonable control, including failures of third-party payment processors or game providers.
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
  • Any loss or corruption of data stored in connection with your account.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Account Closure and Termination

Players may close their account at any time by contacting heybij support at [email protected]. Upon closure:
  • Any real-money Balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
  • Any Bonus Balance or bonus-derived winnings that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.
  • Account history and associated data will be retained by heybij for a period of five years from the date of closure in accordance with applicable data retention obligations.
heybij reserves the right to close any account at any time and without prior notice where a Player is found to have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulation.

Amendments to These Terms

heybij may update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, heybij will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the contact details on file. The most current version of these Terms will always be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the heybij platform following publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Clause 12.
